About Us
Matsumura Blues Festival Inc is a Victorian community-based live music organisation.
Our main goal is to organise unforgettable intimate live music events to showcase the talents of some exceptional musicians.
Our events will bring together local community members to establish new connections, through the perfect medium of live music.
Matsumura Blues Festival Inc is an industry member of Blues Music Victoria Inc and also a member of the Hume Blues Club.

In June 2025, Matsumura launched an exciting new Jailhouse Concert Series at the historic 1888 Kew Court House which has been redeveloped into a purpose-built live music performance space. This venue will showcase the talents of carefully selected original artists to join the concert series line-up, with a focus on blues, soul, roots, Americana, blues rock, funk, alt. folk, bluegrass and alt. country music.
